Agreement
By requesting a quote, approving a proof or placing an order with Satin Graphic you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the Orders, Shipping & Returns policy. If you are ordering for a business you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Quotes and estimates
- Online estimators show starting prices based on the options you select. They are not binding quotes.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you provide. Changes to size, quantity, materials, vehicle condition or artwork may change the price.
- Vehicle wrap, tint and window-graphic quotes are confirmed after we inspect the vehicle or measure the glass. Quotes exclude HST unless stated.
Deposits and payment
- Print orders are paid in full before production. Wraps, installations and website projects require a 50% deposit to schedule, with the balance due on completion or before delivery.
- Design deposits are non-refundable once concept work has started and are credited against the production order they were designed for.
- We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and cheque (cleared before release). Overdue balances accrue 2% per month.
- Finished goods remain our property until paid in full.
Artwork, proofs and approval
- You are responsible for the content of the artwork you supply or approve — spelling, phone numbers, images and rights to use them. Production starts only after you approve a proof, and the approved proof is what we print.
- We do not proofread. Errors present in an approved proof are reprinted at your cost.
- Colour on screen is not a reliable guide to print colour. We match Pantone references where specified; otherwise commercially reasonable colour variation is normal and not a defect.
- You confirm you own or are licensed to use all logos, images, fonts and text you supply, and you indemnify us against claims arising from their use.
Production and turnaround
- Turnaround times are estimates measured in business days from proof approval and receipt of payment. We are not liable for delays caused by material availability, weather, courier performance or late approvals.
- Print quantities may vary by up to 5% over or under, which is standard trade practice; you are billed for the quantity delivered.
Vehicle services
- Wraps and PPF adhere properly only to factory OEM paint in good condition. We inspect and note existing damage, repaint, rust or peeling clear coat before starting, and we are not responsible for paint that lifts with the film in those areas.
- Vehicles must arrive clean and free of personal items. We are not responsible for items left inside.
- Removal of an existing wrap or tint is billed separately.
- Window tint is installed to Ontario Highway Traffic Act guidelines as we understand them; compliance with laws in other jurisdictions is your responsibility.
Cancellations and changes
Orders may be cancelled without charge until a proof is approved. After approval, cancellations are charged for work done and materials ordered. Custom-printed goods cannot be cancelled once production has started. See the Orders, Shipping & Returns policy for details.
Warranty and liability
Our workmanship warranties are described on the Warranty page and are the only warranties we give. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost business or downtime.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act that cannot be waived.
Intellectual property
Artwork we create is licensed to you for the project it was created for once paid in full; source files are provided on design-service packages that include them. Ready-made wrap designs are licensed per vehicle as described on their pages. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Website use
The content of this site is ours or licensed to us. You may not scrape, copy or republish it. Prices and availability shown online may change without notice; obvious errors do not bind us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario. Questions: info@satingraphic.ca · (905) 962-6222.
