  1. Start from the templateSet up your document at the final size with the bleed and safe area shown in the table.
  2. Work in CMYK at 300 DPIConvert RGB images before export; anything under 150 DPI at print size will look soft.
  3. Outline fonts, embed imagesOr send the fonts along. Linked images that aren’t embedded arrive as grey boxes.
  4. Export a print-ready PDFPDF/X-1a or “High Quality Print” with crop marks and bleed. Single pages, not spreads.
  5. We proof before we printYou’ll get a digital proof to approve. Nothing goes to press until you sign off.

How fast can I get them?
Print shop orders are ready in 7–10 business days after proof approval and payment. Need them by a specific date? Tell us when you order and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Will the colours match my screen?
Screens are RGB and backlit; print is CMYK on paper, so bright blues and greens shift a little. Build your file in CMYK and, if a colour is critical, ask for a hard-copy proof or a Pantone match.
What if I don’t have a print-ready file?
Send what you have — a logo, a Word document, a photo — and choose the design service option. We’ll lay it out, send a proof and only print once you approve it.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Drop by the shop to feel the stocks, or we can mail a sample pack of the papers you’re deciding between.
Do you ship?
Pickup in Vaughan is free. We ship across Canada by courier; shipping is quoted by weight and shown before you confirm.
What’s your reprint policy?
If a job doesn’t match the approved proof — wrong colour, trim, or a defect — we reprint it at no charge. Typos in the approved file are on the proof, so please check it carefully.
