Graphic Design Policy
1. Approval and Responsibility:
Once a design is approved by the customer, the responsibility for the final design, including any errors or omissions, rests with the customer.
The customer is encouraged to thoroughly review and proofread the design before giving final approval.
2. Pricing:
The pricing for artwork design by Satin Graphic, a division of Satin Auto Wrap, is determined based on the complexity of the design and the estimated time it will take to complete the project.
Customers will be provided with a transparent and detailed price estimate before work begins.
3. Revisions:
Print Shop Design:
Customers are entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions for print shop designs.
After the third revision, any additional revisions will incur an additional fee.
Vehicle Wrap Design:
Customers are entitled to five (5) rounds of revisions for vehicle wrap designs.
After the fifth revision, any additional revisions will incur an additional fee.
4. Additional Fees:
Any additional revisions beyond the specified limits will be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated to the customer before the changes are made.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation of a design project after approval may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Timelines:
Design timelines will be estimated and communicated to the customer at the start of the project by Satin Graphic, a division of Satin Auto Wrap.
Delays in project completion due to customer feedback, approvals, or other factors beyond our control may affect the timeline.
7. Communication:
Clear and timely communication between the customer and our design team at Satin Graphic is crucial for a successful project.
Customers are encouraged to promptly respond to inquiries and provide feedback during the design process.
8. Intellectual Property:
Once the final design is approved and payment is received, the customer will own the rights to the design, as specified in our terms and conditions.
9. Changes to Policy:
We, Satin Graphic, a division of Satin Auto Wrap, reserve the right to update or modify this policy as needed. Customers will be notified of any changes.
